At Sweetpea & Sage Creations, all sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package with missing items or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will promptly:
- Replace any missing item(s) at no additional cost.
- Exchange incorrect item(s) for the correct item once the incorrect item is returned.
Note: The incorrect item must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. We will provide a return shipping label for this purpose.
Damaged Items & Insurance Claims
All orders are shipped with $100 USPS insurance coverage. If your item arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] to report the damage.
Important: As the customer, you are responsible for filing the insurance claim with USPS. We will assist by providing the necessary documentation upon request.
Returns
We only accept returns for incorrect items that need to be exchanged. We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Order delays due to shipping carriers
- Custom/personalized items
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for exchange.
If your return is approved (for incorrect item only), we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where and how to return the package.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), we will process your exchange once the incorrect item is returned.
For size changes or product swaps unrelated to an error on our end, we do not offer exchanges. Please check our size guides and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
